$8,000 homebuyers tax credit extended

First time Homebuyer's $8,000 credit extended to June 30, 2010. Qualifying income limits were also raised. Also, people who want to trade up can also qualify. Those who have owned and occupied a house as their primary residence for at least five years out of the past eight may be able to claim a $6,500 tax credit.
