POIPU BEACH ESTATES - Update

Poipu Beach Estates' (see August 11, 2009 blog entry) NEW low priced lot is now $260,000 for an 11,256 square foot property. Ten (10) lots are currently available in this primely located Poipu Subdivision that boasts $150 a month Association Dues.

This subdivision is a block away from the famous Poipu Beach coastline, it borders the Robert Trent Jones, II's Kiahuna Golf Course and sits pretty between Lihue town (Kauai's kind of town) and the rural (Kauai's kind of rural) "west side".

I think this will be a "should've, would've, could've" kind of purchase!!
Call me to find out which ones are my favorites and why!!
